CONSTRUCTION
Super light EPS foam core
Thick solid wood stringer on all boards and an 8cm S-Glass stringer on top of the wood stringer which is tied to the rail around the entire board. This true I - Beam construction strengthens the board dramatically.
Military Grade S-glass layers on top and bottom. S-glass soaked in epoxy is lighter and has a much higher tensile strength and modulus than common (E-glass) fibreglass.
Boards are vacuum bagged at least twice.
Gore-tex vent valve and GoPro mount.
