The Coffee Table is a premium HYPR Hawaii board with double concave hull. It‘s like no other board out there, in keeping with our patented hull design, the cut-off nose makes this one of our most maneuverable boards that will have you carving every wave with ease. Built with gold-standard vacuum-bagged construction for superior strength and lightness using Epoxy EPS foam core and a solid wood stringer. Once you fit the foil and are cruising the open ocean you will instantly feel how light the board is, allowing early flight and easy maneuverability. The spilt deck pad allows you to have your foot positioning directly over the mast which will give you full control over your movements. The swallow tail design gives great thrusting power by extending the water-line along the rail, and this helps you quickly reach lift-off speed. Foil box compatible with US plate or Tuttle and sold separately. Beyond amazing performance, this board's gorgeous enough to use as an actual coffee table in the ‘off-season.‘ That’s how it earned its name!
CONSTRUCTION
High strength and ultra-light construction materials are used throughout.
Military Grade S-Glass layers on top and bottom. S-glass soaked in epoxy is lighter and has a much higher tensile strength and modulus than common (E-glass) fibreglass.
Super-light EPS foam core, surrounded by a full perimeter, reinforced carbon rail.
Integrated solid wood stringer construction provides the board‘s strength and rigidity.
Epoxy infused into wood veneer for additional strength. Extra layers reinforce standing area.
